The congress registration fee includes
 
  1. Meals and snacks included from Monday (9/21/2015) dinner to Saturday (9/26/2015) breakfast

  2. Invitation to Gala Dinner (opening ceremony and closing cremony) and Cultural night (Please prepare outfits accordingly)

  3. Access to FDI 2015 AWDC

  4. Traning sessions and Workshop

  5. Lecture Contests access (participants need to be registered for the contest)

  6. Dental Olympics access (participants need to be registed for the contest)

  7. 5 nights hotel accommodations (21th-25th September 2015

  8. Transportations throughout the congress

 

 

 The Pre tour fee includes
 
  1. Dinner along Chao Phraya River with Chao Phraya Cruise on Saturday (9/19/2015)

  2. Admission fees for places in Pre tour program at Ayutthaya, meals and snacks included, on Sunday (9/20/2015) till dinner

  3. Two nights hotel accommodation

  4. Transportations throughout the tour program.

 

 
The Post tour fee includes
 
  1. Meals and snacks included from Saturday  (9/26/2015) lunch to Monday (9/28/2015) lunch
  2. Admission fees for all places in Post tour program at Pattaya, includes Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden, Cabaret Show, Koh Lan (Snorkeling and Banana Boating included)  and Patthaya Floating Market (no shopping charge included
  3. Any charges at walking street is not include
  4. Two night hotel accommodation
  5. Transportations throughout the tour program. (including Bangkok to Pattaya and back to Bangkok)

 

 

Cancellation terms & conditions
 
  • Early bird registration fee are available until the end of June 2015

  • All booking must be done before August 10th, 2015

  • All booked registration services cancelled before July 31th, 2015 are 50% refundable

  • No refunds for cancellations made after July 31th, 2015

  • All Cancellations must be done in writing to IADS Congress 2015 Registration team

  • All refunds will be executed after the end of the IADS Congress 2015

Flight booking recommendations
 
  1. The destination for your flight should be Suvarnabhumi airport, Thailand. (BKK)

  2. If possible, please book your flight before making a registration as we will be able to arrange the transportation schedule from the airport, but if you cannot do so, please input "unknown" as your flight number in the registration. Please note that you need to finish the payment within the month of June, to be able to get the early bird price. After you get your flight information, you can then email us at iadsthailand.2015@gmail.com

  3. The return flight on the 26th can be anytime you want. However if you're coming with us on the post tour, we will be arriving at the airport around 5-6p.m. on the 28th. Therefore, you need to book the return flight later than 7p.m. on the 28th to be able to safely catch your flight.

Transportation between Suvarnabhumi airport-Tour-Congress
 
  • Pre-congress tour, we will have transportation on the 19th September from Suvarnabhumi airport to our hotel, and then you can stay at the hotel throughout the congress.

 

 

  • Congress, we will have transportation on the 21th September from Suvarnabhumi airport to our hotel. After the congress, we will only have transportation to post tour. You can checkout with the staff at the hotel and disperse to your desire.

 

 

  • Post-congress tour, We will have transportation from our hotel to Pattaya on the 26th. 
    After the tour, we will have transportation back to Bangkok on the 28th afternoon, which we will drop you off at Suvarnabhumi airport and in Bangkok (as for some people might want to stay in Bangkok a bit longer can do so). 
    Therefore, you need to book the return flight later than 7p.m. on the 28th to be able to safely catch your flight.
